 Captain Caviar Swamp Tour geauxs deep (about 18 miles deep) into the Louisiana Cypress Forest

Take in the Winding Bayous of the Atchafalaya Basin & River Delta

   We are easy to find and conveniently located in Patterson just off Highway 90,

90 miles West of New Orleans, 60 miles from Lafayette and 75 miles south of Baton Rouge

    Or Fly into the Harry Williams Memorial Airport in Patterson and I'll pick y'all Up !!


    On your private guided tour, you will experience a humongous amount of natural wilderness

with captivating scenery and the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife.

CAPTAIN CAVIAR has more than 50 years of experience on the water and was the owner and original founder

of Louisiana Caviar Company, LLC

which was his mainstay business

for more than 31 years (1985-2016) at CajunCaviar.com 


His United States Trademarked product "Cajun Caviar" was Gold Medal winning and internationally known for being an all-natural "True Caviar" produced from a cousin of the Sturgeon,

the Bowfin !! 


Cajuns call this prehistoric caviar producing fish a "choupique" which swims abundantly in the freshwater Swamps of Louisiana. 


Captain Caviar created a whole new industry for his home state !! A World Class Caviar from a Louisiana fish !!! YUM


After selling his caviar business in 2016, he purchased Cajun Jack's renaming it Captain Caviar Swamp Tours.
